Who is the director of the Ministry of Growth & Development?

Rev. Andrew Hooker is the Director of Growth & Development. The focus is to help provide the internal structure necessary for the healthy functioning of the church body. The Lord gives us so many creative and inspired ideas that some of the dreamers among us forget the importance of "coloring within the lines!" To bring us into balance, the Lord gives us the gift of administration. We know the necessity of operating with all of our giftings functioning together in harmony. If you enjoy and thrive on systematic thinking, organizing, and putting together the details, this is the small group ministry for you!

What is expected from a Developmental Ministry Group?

If you enjoy providing structure, getting other people organized, chasing down the details, making sure all the bases are covered, you will enjoy being a member of the Developmental Ministry Group. You'll interact with other details minded people who help the visions and dreams of the visionaries and dreamers come to reality!

You'll need to be able to regularly meet and work together with Rev. Hooker and the other members of this ministry group, and dedicate to use your skills and giftings for the growth of the Kingdom of God!
