The Church: On Fire or Else!

When Moses came down from the Mountain of God, he heard a sound from the camp where God's people were waiting He thought it was the sound of warfare. Or, maybe the cry of those who were repentant for their sins. But no, it was the song of God's people partying and reveling in the fact that their leader was gone, and no one was going to tell them what to do!

Throughout the ages, this has been the how the enemy has gotten God's people to slowly grow cold and hardhearted. He gets them to forget that the world is a battleground and cons them into thinking it is a playground! Once we think this world is here for our pleasure and indulgence, it isn't long before we surrender the inheritance that Jesus died to purchase for us.

That is why we MUST take a stance of NO COMPROMISE. If we are not on fire for our God, we will lose our fire as the winds of this world slowly but certainly extinguish God's divine flame in our hearts. We must be on fire, lit by the fire of God.

Whatever we do, and however we live, we are touching and impacting other peoples' lives. We're either turning them towards a life of godliness and power or we're causing them to think that there's no reality to the Spirit- filled walk of the sold out disciple of Jesus Christ.
